ESTÚDIO PLANTAR IDEIAS
The Studio Plantar Ideias began its activities in 2016, standing out for its diverse range of design projects for outdoor spaces, with the purpose of creating objects and places that promote well-being and a connection with nature. The name “Plantar” derives from the concept of rooting and development, while “Ideias” refers to the timeless essence of sensory things.
From the outset, the studio has been multidisciplinary in nature, working at the intersection of architecture and open spaces. Currently, its areas of expertise are divided into three pillars: urban equipment and infrastructure projects, landscape and community architecture, and furniture design. In the studio’s pursuit, pieces, places, and cities are crafted with a balance between creativity and technique, as well as harmony, lightness, and a tropical sensibility. This holds true whether in urban or natural environments, public or private spaces.
